If anything, it's nice not to have to deal with the Han as vassal (though early game their vassal income is nice) and not dealing with that -20 diplomatic penalty. What confuses me is that banish and kill are the same effects AND there didn't seem to be any diplomatic penalty for either (even if you kill the emperor). Still have the same treachery penalty as you start the game with. You get the dilemma again after 15 turns.īanish the emperor: you lose the above bonus/penalties and the Han empire becomes independent (much like after someone declares King and sets off the three Kings), meaning you also lose vassal income. Stay as prime minister: everything stays the same, meaning you keep the -20 diplomatic penalty as well as the +10 sat bonus/+10% peasantry income/+50 prestige. After playing, this is what I found, but I am sure I'm missing something: Anyone know what these different effects actually do? I've tried before to find this out but never found a good answer. I'm playing as Dong Zhuo and got the choice to either stay on as Han prime minister, or banish the emperor, or kill the emperor. Think we missed one?
